Knowing God

To have eternal life, you must know God. Jesus said,
“And this is life eternal, that they might know you the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent” (John 17:3).

Knowing God means much more than having knowledge
about Him. It means finding Him and having a personal relationship with Him. The essence of the Christian life is to know God personally. Nothing is better than that.

Understanding the Bible

The Bible is God's Word. He speaks to you through it.

It is food for your spirit.
“Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God” (Matthew 4:4). That’s why you have to read it daily.

To help you understand God's word, He provided the ministry (service) of teachers.
“And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ” (Ephesians 4:11-13).

God gave the ministry of teaching to edify you. He wants you to go on to perfection, full maturity, and this is one of His ways to help you.

Being a teacher of God’s Word, the best message sent to mankind, is an enormous privilege. I would never trade it for anything.

Freedom from Sin

God called you to enjoy freedom from sin. A decisive step in achieving this freedom is
entire sanctification (1 Thessalonians 5:23-24). I invite you to obtain this heavenly blessing. Through this, you will enjoy freedom from sin and a more undisturbed fellowship with God.
